How to properly apply an Essentia patch?

Clean and dry a hair-free area of your skin (e.g., arm, back, thigh). Remove the protective film from the patch and apply it firmly for a few seconds. Change the application area each time you apply a new patch to minimize the risk of irritation.

Where should I apply my patch for optimal effectiveness?

Apply your patch to an area with good blood circulation, such as the inside of the wrist, upper arm, or lower back. Avoid areas with thick hair or moisturizers to ensure better adhesion.

How long does it take to feel the effects of the patch?

Effects vary from person to person, but most people feel the benefits within 30 to 60 minutes of application.

How long should I keep the patch on my skin?

Our patches provide continuous absorption for 12 to 16 hours. We recommend removing the patch after this duration to ensure optimal effectiveness.

Do the patches have any side effects?
